Perhaps what I'm trying to find here in Japan is my long-lost self, the little "i" that was lost forgotten in the land of Japan. Perhaps my return to Japan was about my hope on re-embracing the homeland that I long for, like the feeling of returning to my one's long-lost mother earth.

But perhaps I was asking too much.

I found out that Japan was a strange land to me. Harsh and difficult to understand.

Nevermind my name is Aiko. Nevermind I was born in Japan.

They see me as someone Other.
